Ethics and Integrity in Business

I just attended a web training on Business Practice Excellence and there were some good takeaways.

– Conduct business with uncompromising integrity and professionalism
– Integrity is not a state but a constant effort
– Ethics must be in the cultural fabric of the comapny
– Strive to follow the intent of the law as much as the letter of the law. Its very easy to create loopholes in the letter of the law.

Personally I think the above will create trust, stronger brand and sustained wealth creation.
