Nepotism : Good or Bad

(via HBS) Gill Corkindale discusses the unspoken rules of nepotism. She was a personal victim of it. She was working with a pleasant, if unremarkable, young man who had just joined the newspaper from a local rag. He was inexperienced and finding it hard to adjust to the relentless deadlines, but we were happy to help out and answer his interminable questions.
