I want to make a special mention to investors, management and employees of new start ups that it has taken Persistent Systems, founded in 1990 by Anand Deshpande 20 years from starting up to IPO. In comparison it took Infosys about 12 years, but they were a decade earlier. The point I am stressing, is that you have to persevere to make a company work. It is like a boxing game, you compete for 15 rounds, some good, some bad, one has to stick in to cross the finishing line. Congrats Anand and Shridhar, and to others “success is not achieved overnight”.
ps: Persistent Systems was covered in a previous post companies to watch.
